- Ok I updated our Disclaimer to the Blog and we are excited t see some affiliate purchases on our site.
- We created introductory email blast
- Learned about best practices for blogs and enrolled at CUW for a course on blogging.
- Our list of things to write about is growing by the day. Created a list just for the passwords. In down time we try to increase our Instagram and Twitter following understanding good content is the name of the game.
- Learning to use Yoast SEO software takes time- a plugin we added during the week.

- So after a week of discovery I learned that I should be able to monetize this blog and have made .17 cents so far. See my post!
- I am now an Amazon Affiliate Member, Booking.com Affiliate, Park & Fly Affiliate and am learning to make links and ads on the site.
- All social media accounts have been opened – Flickr, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Installed Google Analytics.
- Finally figured out categories! Created them.
- Got a photo logo!
- I am not building my tribe yet! But some friends are looking at the site and giving opinions!

- Started Website on Square Space and found out it was not robust enough for blogging – Went to Word Press.
- I still think my blog name is sexy enough
- Learning about a lot of plugins – Gravitar for example to post my authors picture.
- Added Google Analytics but learned about AMP (not added)
- Signed up for a free tutorial tonight with “Elite Blogging” in exchange for my email. They will send some free stuff but it has not arrived in my inbox.
The basic outline of their course is this – I need to master in their content: (because I’m a college professor for goodness sake):

- Unit 12: Lead Your Team
